Bollywood’s favorite trio of mischief-makers is back! After nearly two decades of laughter, friendship, and outrageous fun, Masti 4 is set to bring back the signature chaos that made the franchise a fan favorite. The trailer for the film has just dropped, and audiences are already buzzing with excitement.
On Thursday, the cast and crew of Masti 4 came together to launch the film’s peppy new track, Pakad Pakad. The event was filled with laughter and nostalgia as Riteish Deshmukh, Vivek Oberoi, and Aftab Shivdasani reunited on stage, celebrating over twenty years of friendship—both on and off-screen.
Speaking about the experience, Riteish shared an emotional yet humorous reflection on their journey: “When the three of us first came together in 2003 because of Indra Kumar sir, it felt special. And every time we’ve reunited for Masti be it part 2, 3, or now 4 it always feels like a college reunion. The kind of fun and madness you have with your college friends, that’s exactly what we three share, both on set and off set. The special thing about Masti 4 is simple when the three of us come together, there’s always masti!”
Directed by Milap Milan Zaveri and written by Farrukh Dhondy and Zaveri himself, Masti 4 continues the legacy of laugh-out-loud humor with a fresh dose of madness. The film boasts an ensemble cast that includes Arshad Warsi, Ruhii Singh, Shreya Sharma, Elnaaz Norouzi, Tusshar Kapoor, Shaad Randhawa, Nishant Singh Malkani, Nargis Fakhri, and Natalia Janoszek in pivotal roles.
Produced by A. Jhunjhunwala, Shikha Karan Ahluwalia, Indra Kumar, Ashok Thakeria, Ekta Kapoor, Shobha Kapoor, and Umesh Kr. Bhansal, the film blends new energy with the nostalgia of the original Masti gang.
Ever since Indra Kumar’s Masti (2004) hit the big screen, the franchise has been synonymous with bold, unapologetic humor and unshakable friendship. The follow-ups Grand Masti (2013) and Great Grand Masti (2016) pushed the envelope even further, cementing the trio’s chemistry as one of Bollywood’s most entertaining partnerships.
With Masti 4, fans can expect that same infectious energy only bigger, bolder, and even funnier.
Masti 4 will hit the theatres on November 21.
