Maddock Films just gave fans a sneak peek into what it really takes to shoot a full-blown Bollywood rain song — and it’s far from glamorous. In a refreshingly raw behind-the-scenes video, Janhvi Kapoor is seen in her no-glam element, walking audiences through a day in the life of Sundari, her character from the upcoming film Param Sundari. And spoiler: it’s soaked in sweat, water, and a whole lot of heart.
The caption sets the tone: “From dreamy mornings to filmy nights of #BheegiSaree…” and dreamy it is — if your dreams involve 5AM workouts, 12-hour shoots, and rain machines blasting cold water at full force. Janhvi starts her day prepping for the song Bheegi Saree, which has just dropped online and is already drawing attention for its classic throwback to Bollywood’s iconic monsoon romance scenes. Think wet sarees, longing stares, and just a hint of pain — and then double the drama.
