Yash Raj Films has officially announced the title of its upcoming romantic action-drama, Beparwah, starring Ahaan Panday and Sharvari in the lead roles. Promising a heady mix of romance, action and intense emotions, the film is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on March 26, 2027. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and produced by Aditya Chopra, the project brings together a popular production banner, a filmmaker known for large-scale action entertainers and two young actors who are building their presence in Hindi cinema.
Announcing the film’s title and release date, Yash Raj Films shared a striking visual reveal on social media, accompanied by the tagline, “Fearless in love.” The production house wrote, “Fearless in love… #Beparwah in cinemas on 26th March 2027.” The announcement immediately offered audiences a glimpse into the film’s dramatic world, with the title suggesting a story driven by intense feelings, bold choices and a romance that may come with its own share of danger.
The announcement video features a dramatic poster of Ahaan Panday and Sharvari against a glowing sunset backdrop. Ahaan appears bloodied and holds a gun, hinting at a character caught in a dangerous situation, while Sharvari is seen holding a guitar as the two share an intense embrace. The contrasting imagery of violence, music and romance creates an intriguing first impression, suggesting that Beparwah will explore a relationship unfolding against a turbulent backdrop. Rather than revealing the storyline, the visual keeps the narrative under wraps while establishing a striking mood for the film.
For Ahaan Panday, Beparwah marks an important next step following the attention surrounding his breakout film Saiyaara. The actor will share screen space with Sharvari, who has been steadily building her filmography through projects across genres. Their pairing brings together two young performers in a romantic action-drama that appears to combine emotional intensity with a larger cinematic scale. The first-look imagery has already given fans a reason to speculate about the characters they will portray and the challenges their relationship might face.
Behind the camera, Ali Abbas Zafar takes charge of the project, marking another collaboration with Yash Raj Films. The filmmaker has previously worked with the banner on projects including Mere Brother Ki Dulhan, Gunday, Sultan and Tiger Zinda Hai. Known for combining dramatic storytelling with action-driven spectacle, Zafar’s involvement adds to the anticipation surrounding the film. Producer Aditya Chopra is backing the project, with Akshaye Widhani also associated with the production.
The film is also reported to feature Bobby Deol and Aaishvary Thackeray, with Thackeray set to play an antagonist. Their involvement points towards a wider ensemble surrounding the central romance, although further details about the characters and plot have yet to be revealed in the announcement. With action, emotional conflict and a potentially formidable opposing force in the mix, the film could offer audiences a combination of romance and high-stakes drama.
The title Beparwah, which evokes a sense of fearlessness and living without restraint, fits neatly with the campaign’s central message of being fearless in love. The first-look poster leans into that idea through its intense embrace and contrasting visual elements, leaving audiences to wonder whether the characters’ love story will be shaped by sacrifice, danger or defiance.
With its release date now locked for March 26, 2027, Beparwah has officially entered the conversation around upcoming Hindi theatrical releases. The combination of Ahaan Panday and Sharvari, Ali Abbas Zafar’s direction and Aditya Chopra’s production has set expectations for a visually ambitious romantic action-drama. For now, Yash Raj Films has offered only a glimpse into the film’s world, but its bold first look makes one thing clear: Beparwah intends to tell a love story that is anything but ordinary.
