Speaking at the launch event, Janhvi said, “We have had great memories in the house, but then we thought it’s the kind of place that we didn’t think we needed to keep only to ourselves, it’s a huge property, it’s got a lot of offer and I think we all can live share together happily and peacefully. I will keep visiting, and you all can visit it as well.”  
 
The 'Dhadak' fame actress went on to narrate that family has wanted to rent out the property for a long time but never found the right outfit, saying, “We as a family, for a very long time were exploring the idea of sharing this property with people, but it never found a proper fit, until Air BnB came along”
