Mubi has released the main trailer for Die My Love, the latest psychological drama from acclaimed Scottish filmmaker Lynne Ramsay.
Based on Ariana Harwicz’s acclaimed novel of the same name, Die My Love dives into the psyche of a woman battling postpartum psychosis and isolation in a desolate, rural landscape. Jennifer Lawrence stars as Grace, a new mother grappling with love, madness, and identity, while Robert Pattinson plays her husband, Jackson, as the couple navigates life in an inherited countryside home. The film also features LaKeith Stanfield, Nick Nolte, and Sissy Spacek in pivotal roles.
The newly released trailer presents the film as a haunting, almost horror-like thriller — a notable shift from the earlier teaser that leaned more toward an emotional domestic drama. Ramsay’s signature raw style and visceral visual storytelling shine through, aided by the atmospheric cinematography of Seamus McGarvey. The film promises a blend of stark realism and psychological depth, portraying the fine line between passion and madness.
Despite divisive early reactions, Die My Love remains one of the year’s most talked-about art films, largely due to its powerhouse cast and Ramsay’s uncompromising artistic vision.
Mubi will release Die My Love in select U.S. theaters starting November 7, 2025, offering cinephiles a chance to experience this intense and emotionally charged story on the big screen.
