Actress Kriti Sanon set social media abuzz with a new video post announcing the one-month countdown to her much-awaited romantic drama “Tere Ishk Mein”, releasing on November 28, 2025, in both Hindi and Tamil. Sharing a brief yet mesmerizing clip from the film’s title song, Kriti captioned it, “The countdown begins — 1 month before the spark turns cinematic.” The post instantly caught fire among fans eager to see her alongside Dhanush, with the film marking their first collaboration.
Directed by Aanand L. Rai, the film reunites the celebrated filmmaker with Dhanush after their previous hits Raanjhanaa and Atrangi Re. In Tere Ishk Mein, Dhanush plays Shankar, while Kriti steps into the role of Mukti, two souls bound by a love story that’s as healing as it is heartbreaking. The 33-second clip gives audiences a taste of their raw, emotionally charged chemistry, beautifully complemented by the haunting backdrop of Benaras.
The film’s title track, composed by A.R. Rahman and sung by Arijit Singh, sets the tone for what promises to be a musical and emotional journey. The song, released on October 18, has already struck a chord with listeners for its blend of Rahman’s soulful instrumentation and Arijit’s heartfelt vocals. The visuals—crimson sunsets over the Ganga, temple bells, and stolen glances—add to the promise of a love story that feels timeless and tragic in equal measure.
Penned by Himanshu Sharma and Neeraj Yadav, the film explores themes of surrender, transformation, and the pain of true love. As the teaser released earlier on October 1 hinted, Tere Ishk Mein isn’t just about romance—it’s about the kind of passion that consumes, scars, and ultimately redeems. Both Dhanush and Kriti seem poised to deliver deeply emotional performances that capture love’s spiritual intensity.
Backed by Colour Yellow Productions and T-Series, and co-starring Sushil Dahiya among others, Tere Ishk Mein has already built massive anticipation. With a dream creative lineup—Aanand L. Rai behind the camera, Rahman composing, and Arijit Singh on vocals—this Benaras-set love saga is shaping up to be one of 2025’s most awaited cinematic experiences.
