Set in the Croatian capital of Zagreb, Citizen Vigilante follows Sanders, a wealthy American businessman who inherited a vast real estate empire from his late father. Despite his privileged life, Sanders is portrayed as a deeply isolated and emotionally damaged man. Frustrated by a legal system that repeatedly fails to punish violent offenders, rapists, and corrupt judges, he takes matters into his own hands and launches a brutal campaign against criminals operating beyond the reach of justice.
