Actors Ram Kapoor and Mona Singh are reuniting on screen for Mistry, the official Indian adaptation of the Emmy-winning series Monk. Ram Kapoor steps into the eccentric shoes of Armaan Mistry, a brilliant yet troubled detective with obsessive-compulsive disorder — India’s answer to Adrian Monk, originally played by Tony Shalhoub in the American hit that ran from 2002 to 2009. Mistry is a genius sleuth whose compulsions both hinder and heighten his detective skills, making him a chaotic enigma and an unmatched problem-solver in the world of crime.
