Dharma Productions has released the full audio of Judi Jodi, a romantic song from the upcoming epic Ramayana, bringing the timeless love of Lord Ram and Goddess Sita into the spotlight this Karwa Chauth. Accompanied by a beautiful poster featuring Ranbir Kapoor as Ram and Sai Pallavi as Sita in traditional wedding attire, the song celebrates the sacred bond between the two legendary figures. Sharing the announcement, the makers invited audiences to celebrate the festival with “a love that is eternal and a bond that is divine.” With its focus on devotion, companionship and togetherness, Judi Jodi adds an emotional touch to the film’s growing promotional campaign.
The newly unveiled poster captures a serene moment between Ram and Sita, with flower petals falling around the couple as they stand dressed in traditional attire. The imagery reflects the purity and devotion associated with their relationship, offering a glimpse of the visual world that director Nitesh Tiwari is creating for the epic. Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi bring these iconic characters to the screen, and their appearance together adds to the anticipation surrounding the film. The phrase “Our Truth. Our History” further reinforces the makers’ intention to present the legendary story on a grand cinematic scale.
Music is at the heart of Judi Jodi, with celebrated composer A. R. Rahman creating the melody and Shreya Ghoshal lending her voice to the song. The lyrics are penned by poet Kumar Vishwas, bringing together three prominent names from the Indian music and literary landscape. The combination creates considerable interest in a song that celebrates a relationship deeply embedded in Indian cultural memory. Rather than functioning simply as a romantic number, Judi Jodi is positioned as a musical expression of faith, commitment and the enduring connection between Ram and Sita. Its release during Karwa Chauth makes the theme of devotion particularly meaningful for audiences celebrating the occasion.
The song also offers another glimpse into the ambitious scale of Ramayana, which brings together a major ensemble of actors and an internationally recognised creative team. Alongside Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi, the film features Yash, Sunny Deol, Ravi Dubey, Lara Dutta, Arun Govil and several other performers in important roles. Directed by Nitesh Tiwari and produced by Namit Malhotra, the project aims to bring one of India's most cherished epics to the big screen. The involvement of A. R. Rahman and international composer Hans Zimmer has also drawn attention to the film’s musical ambitions, creating curiosity about how its soundtrack will complement the story's emotional and dramatic moments.
For audiences, Judi Jodi is an opportunity to reconnect with the timeless relationship between Ram and Sita through music. Their story has been told across generations through literature, theatre, television and cinema, with each retelling exploring themes of love, duty, sacrifice and devotion. By releasing the song during Karwa Chauth, the makers connect the film’s central themes with a festival that celebrates marital commitment and togetherness. The poster, music and timing of the release work together to position the track as a tribute to a bond that continues to hold deep cultural and emotional significance.
With Judi Jodi now available in its full audio version, anticipation continues to build for Ramayana. The film is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on November 5, 2026, with screenings planned across premium formats, including IMAX. With Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi portraying Ram and Sita, and a creative team spanning Indian and international talent, the project is attracting attention for its scale and ambition. For now, Judi Jodi offers a musical glimpse of the love at the heart of the epic, making its Karwa Chauth release a fitting celebration of an enduring and divine connection.
