The trailer of the upcoming Telugu film Itllu Arjuna has caught the attention of movie lovers, and the makers received a special boost when Jr NTR unveiled the much-awaited preview. The actor also shared a heartfelt message for debutant Aniesh, praising his decision to begin his film career with a challenging, unconventional character. Presented by Akkineni Nagarjuna, the film promises a distinctive combination of silent romance, heartfelt emotions and high-energy action. With its theatrical release scheduled for November 13, 2026, Itllu Arjuna is steadily building curiosity among Telugu cinema audiences.
Sharing the trailer on social media, Jr NTR praised director Mahesh Uppala's storytelling and Aniesh's choice of debut role. He wrote, “Here's the trailer of #ItluArjuna. @anieshforyou, your debut speaks without a single word and that takes real guts. Choosing a role like this for your very first film shows how much you believe in the story over everything else. Wishing you a wonderful start brother. Wishing best wishes to @MusicThaman #AnaswaraRajan @itsmaheshuppala @rajamahadhevan @VenkyKudumula and the entire team on their release on Nov 13th.” His encouraging words have added to the excitement around the film, particularly because the lead character's silence is central to its emotional narrative.
At the heart of Itllu Arjuna is Arjuna, a mute man whose powerful presence and exceptional abilities make him an intriguing protagonist. The film explores his unspoken love and the emotions he struggles to express through words. But this is not simply a romantic story. When forces threaten his family, personal pride and community, Arjuna is pushed into a situation where he must stand up and protect the people who matter to him. The trailer promises an emotional journey that gradually moves into action, presenting a character whose silence does not mean weakness.
Debutant Aniesh takes on the challenging lead role, while Anaswara Rajan plays the female lead. Their pairing forms the emotional centre of the story, which aims to explore the idea that love and affection can be communicated even without spoken words. The supporting cast includes Vennela Kishore, Mukesh Rishi, Kalaiyarasan Harikrishnan, Elango Kumaravel, Brahmaji, Getup Sreenu, Raghu Babu, Aruna Bhikshu, Mime Gopi, Praveena Lalithabai and Rohan Roy. The ensemble brings together performers from different backgrounds, adding to the film's mix of romance, drama and commercial entertainment.
Written and directed by Mahesh Uppala, Itllu Arjuna marks the first production from What Next Entertainments. The banner has described its vision as creating stories driven by fresh ideas, strong craftsmanship and emotions that stay with audiences long after the credits roll. Venky Kudumula is associated with the project as producer, while Akkineni Nagarjuna presents the film. Music is composed by Thaman S, whose contribution is expected to play an important role in shaping the film's romantic and action-filled moments.
Initially scheduled for an October 30 release, Itllu Arjuna is now set to arrive in theatres worldwide on November 13, 2026. The trailer launch by Jr NTR, Nagarjuna's presentation and the unusual premise of a mute protagonist have given the film a promising start ahead of its release. Aniesh's debut will be particularly interesting to watch, as the role demands that he communicate much of the character's inner world through expressions, body language and action rather than dialogue. Whether the film successfully balances its emotional love story with its larger commercial elements will become clear when audiences finally meet Arjuna on the big screen.
