Zaid Darbar has no doubt in his mind: Gauahar Khan is destined to be a Roadies gang leader — and not just any gang leader, a winning one! During a fun and candid chat session celebrating Fauji 2 hitting 100 episodes, the couple let fans in on their dream reality TV scenario… and we’re all ears.
Along with unveiling the Fauji jukebox, the duo engaged in a lively interview where the topic of Gauahar stepping into the reality show arena came up. While Gauahar was about to give her usual humble take, Zaid jumped in with full-blown support and infectious confidence.
“She’ll give you a diplomatic answer, I’ll tell you honestly — I want her to host Roadies, I want her to do shows that have something,” said Zaid with a grin. “Rannvijay is great, but I want her to do Roadies as a leader — and I’m saying this on camera. In fact, if you want, I’ll write it down on a piece of paper: she will win it!”
Zaid wasn’t done there. He continued with genuine admiration, “I know how big a reality show buff she is. I’m with her 24/7, I see it. Outside she might come across one way, but at home, I know — she’s someone who would definitely win. She’s competitive, she’s passionate, and she’d kill it as a gang leader. I’m not trying to act like a baba or something... I just see the picture.”
Glowing with her second pregnancy, Gauahar beamed as she confirmed Zaid’s instincts. “He knows that I’m competitive, and I’m a huge reality show buff… I’d love to be a gang leader on Roadies because I’m a big fan of the show,” she said, clearly intrigued by the idea.
Gauahar and Zaid tied the knot in 2020. The couple welcomed their son Zehaan in 2023, and are now expecting baby number two. Amid all the personal joy, Gauahar remains professionally active and is currently busy with Fauji 2.
Now whether or not we see Gauahar riding into Roadies on a bike with that trademark glare and gang badge, one thing’s for sure — Zaid believes she’s already won it in spirit. And we kinda agree!
