SonyLIV has unveiled the official trailer for its upcoming original series Real Kashmir Football Club, and it promises an emotional, inspiring ride. Starring Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub and Manav Kaul in powerful lead roles, the show tells the remarkable true story of how two men built Kashmir’s first professional football club amid chaos, conflict, and emotional upheaval.
Sharing the trailer with the caption, “A story of rookies, of strangers, of turmoil — but above all, a story of love: for the game, for Kashmir, for possibility,” SonyLIV sets the tone for a show that’s as much about grit as it is about grace. Set in a region long defined by its headlines, Real Kashmir Football Club flips the lens to focus on hope, teamwork, and the unifying power of sport.
The trailer teases raw emotions, community spirit, and the beautiful mess of building something from scratch. Ayyub and Kaul embody the visionaries at the center of this journey, as they gather a group of underdogs and outsiders — the “rookies” — to form a team that dares to dream of competing on a national level.
