Sony Pictures drops the first official trailer for Venom: The Last Dance, directed by Kelly Marcel, based on a story by Hardy and Marcel. The Last Dance stars Tom Hardy, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Juno Temple, Rhys Ifans, Peggy Lu, Alanna Ubach, and Stephen Graham.
The trailer reveals that the symbiote's alien home-world has found him and is coming for him, with a mysterious military task force also out to get them. Eddie and Venom are on the run. Hunted by both of their worlds and with the net closing in, the duo are forced into a devastating decision that will bring the curtains down on both of them.
Venom: The Last Dance, also known as Venom 3, is written and directed by Kelly Marcel, making her feature directorial debut with this movie after also producing Venom: Let There Be Carnage previously, and writing screenplays for Saving Mr. Banks, Fifty Shades of Grey, Venom 1 + 2, and the recent "The Changeling" streaming series.
Produced by Avi Arad, Matt Tolmach, Amy Pascal, Kelly Marcel, Tom Hardy, and Hutch Parker. The film is slated for October 25th, 2024 release.
