At the heart of Tempest is Seo Munju, played by the ever-magnetic Jun Ji-hyun. Once a respected UN Ambassador, Munju is thrust into chaos when her husband—also a leading presidential candidate—is assassinated in front of her. With the country reeling and conspiracies swirling, Munju steps into his shoes as the party's new presidential hopeful.
