In visuals captured by paparazzi, Ranbir was spotted carefully carrying the Lord Ganesha idol as he stepped out of the car, with Neetu Kapoor walking beside him. Dressed in elegant traditional attire, Ranbir looked dapper in a royal blue kurta and white pyjama, while Neetu exuded grace in a classic white ethnic suit. Together, they folded their hands in reverence and chanted "Ganpati Bappa Morya!", making the farewell both emotional and spiritual.
The mother-son duo also performed aarti before immersing the idol, clearly moved by the moment. The Kapoor family’s Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations, though private, have always been cherished by fans for their warmth and simplicity, a touching reminder that tradition remains at the heart of even Bollywood's brightest stars.
On the work front, Ranbir Kapoor is riding high with multiple big-ticket projects. He’s all set to star in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming period drama “Love and War,” alongside his wife Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal. The film marks Ranbir’s first reunion with Bhansali since his 2007 debut Saawariya, and it's also the first time Vicky Kaushal will collaborate with the celebrated filmmaker.
