Studio Green just dropped a high-energy poster for their upcoming Tamil action-comedy “Vaa Vaathiyaar”, and it’s already setting the tone for a loud, massy, and thoroughly entertaining ride this December 2025. With the poster tagline reading: “This December, vibe so loud, Vaathiyaar steps in, ruling the crowd!”— it’s clear that this film is going to be a celebration in theatres!
“Vaa Vaathiyaar” (transl. Come, Teacher) marks the highly-anticipated return of Karthi in a lead role, alongside the charming Krithi Shetty. The film is directed by Nalan Kumarasamy, best known for cult hits like Soodhu Kavvum, and promises a fresh blend of action, humour, and mass appeal.
The supporting cast is equally power-packed, with industry veterans like Sathyaraj, Rajkiran, and Anandaraj, along with Shilpa Manjunath, Karunakaran, G.M. Sundar, Ramesh Thilak, and P.L. Thenappan. With this kind of lineup, expect fireworks both on and off the screen.
