Uziel serves as co-showrunner alongside Steve Lightfoot, bringing together crime storytelling and superhero mythology in a bold, genre-blending series.
Nicolas Cage takes center stage as Ben Reilly, also known as The Spider. Cage previously voiced Spider-Man Noir in the animated hit Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (2018), making his return to the character a full-circle moment for fans. The cast also includes Lamorne Morris, Li Jun Li, Karen Rodriguez, Abraham Popoola, Jack Huston, and Brendan Gleeson, adding depth and star power to the eight-episode series. Cage’s casting was officially confirmed in May 2024 when the project—initially titled Noir—received a series order before being renamed Spider-Noir in July 2024.
Production wrapped in March 2025 after filming in Los Angeles from August 2024.
