Paramount Movies just unveiled the full trailer for The Internship, and let’s be clear: this is not your average workplace comedy about awkward onboarding sessions and malfunctioning printers. Instead, this “internship” involves elite CIA training, deadly skills, and a whole lot of vengeance served action-packed and flaming hot. HR would not approve.
The film follows Renee, played by Lizzy Greene, a razor-sharp assassin who was raised—yes, from childhood—inside a top-secret CIA program adorably (and misleadingly) nicknamed “The Internship.” After realizing the agency stole her entire youth, Renee decides it’s time for a performance review of the explosive kind. She gathers her fellow interns, and together they spark a bloody uprising guaranteed to make office group chats nationwide feel suddenly very tame.
The CIA, in full panic mode, responds by unleashing its own equally lethal forces, setting the stage for a showdown of weaponized loyalties, childhood trauma, and extremely intense team-building exercises. The trailer teases balletic fight sequences, stylish espionage, and enough slow-motion strutting to make every action fan clap like a caffeinated seal.
