The official trailer for Sunny Nights, a twisted dark comedy packed with crime, chaos, and sibling rivalry, has finally arrived — and it promises sun-soaked trouble with a deadly edge. Released by Hulu ahead of its U.S. premiere on March 11, 2026, the eight-episode series blends outrageous humor with high-stakes criminal drama set against the glittering backdrop of Sydney, Australia.

Leading the series are Will Forte as Martin Marvin and D'Arcy Carden as his sister Vicki Marvin — an American duo chasing entrepreneurial dreams Down Under. The siblings relocate to Sydney to expand their struggling spray tan business, hoping for a fresh start and financial redemption. But what begins as a bold business gamble quickly spirals into a dangerous entanglement with the city’s criminal underworld.

As the trailer teases, Martin and Vicki soon find themselves navigating gangsters, shady deals, and mounting debts — all while desperately trying to stay alive, out of prison, and, as they put it, “in the black.” The tone strikes a compelling balance between absurd comedy and gritty suspense, with Forte’s awkward charm clashing hilariously against Carden’s sharp wit and rising panic.

The supporting cast adds even more intrigue, featuring powerhouse performers like Rachel House and Jessica De Gouw. Adding a surprising twist to the lineup is former NRL star Willie Mason, who makes his acting debut in the series — a move already generating buzz among sports and TV fans alike.

Sunny Nights is a Stan Original series produced by Jungle Entertainment and Echo Lake Entertainment, marking a strong international collaboration. While it premieres in the U.S. on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+, the show’s Australian roots are central to its tone, aesthetic, and storytelling flavor.

With its blend of fish-out-of-water comedy, escalating criminal stakes, and dysfunctional sibling dynamics, Sunny Nights looks poised to deliver a fresh and unpredictable binge-watch when it drops on March 11. If the trailer is any indication, paradise has never looked so dangerously funny.
