Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations at the Ambani family’s iconic Mumbai residence Antilia turned into a grand gathering of Bollywood, cricket and business personalities as celebrities and prominent guests arrived to seek the blessings of Lord Ganesha. Among the notable attendees were cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar, who arrived with his family, and former India spinner Harbhajan Singh, who attended with wife Geeta Basra.
Sachin Tendulkar was accompanied by wife Anjali Tendulkar, daughter Sara Tendulkar and son Arjun Tendulkar, who arrived with his wife Saaniya Chandok. The family’s presence added a special cricketing touch to the star-studded festivities as they joined the Ambanis for the auspicious celebration.
Harbhajan Singh and Geeta Basra were also among the guests at Antilia. The couple came together to celebrate Ganpati Bappa with the Ambani family, adding to the long list of prominent personalities who attended the annual festivities.
Host Nita Ambani was seen personally welcoming guests to the celebrations and also greeted the paparazzi stationed outside Antilia. Dressed in an elegant traditional ensemble and accessorised with statement jewellery, Nita looked every bit the gracious host as she acknowledged guests and photographers arriving for the festive evening.
Antilia itself was transformed into a spectacular festive setting for Ganesh Chaturthi. The residence was illuminated with elaborate lighting and decorated with massive floral installations and traditional temple-inspired elements. The grandeur of the setting once again made the Ambani celebrations one of the most closely watched festive gatherings in Mumbai.
Adding a devotional and artistic touch to the celebrations, Radhika Merchant presented a graceful dance tribute to Lord Ganesha. She performed Bharatanatyam to the soulful devotional track Ekadantaya Vakratundaya, expressing her devotion through the classical dance form. For her performance, Radhika chose a vibrant traditional lehenga saree in rich shades of pink and red. The intricately embellished outfit was paired with a matching blouse featuring detailed embroidery and beadwork, perfectly complementing the festive mood of the occasion.
