The popular action franchise Force is gearing up for its third installment. After the success of Force and Force 2, the makers have officially begun work on Force 3, with actor Harshvardhan Rane set to play a key role alongside franchise star John Abraham.
Harshvardhan recently shared a glimpse of the film’s muhurat puja on his Instagram handle. In the video, the actor can be seen performing rituals on the set as the team begins the project on an auspicious note. Sharing the moment with fans, he captioned the post: “May the #FORCE 3 with us. Dir by @bhav.dhulia. Written by @simaabhashmi. 1st schedule in #Gujrat.”
The upcoming film is being produced by John Abraham and directed by Bhav Dhulia, known for directing the web series The Freelancer. The script for the film has been written by Seemab Hashmi. Following the muhurat ceremony, the team has begun preparations for the first shooting schedule, which will take place in the Indian state of Gujarat.
The Force franchise began with the release of Force in 2011, an action-thriller produced by Vipul Amrutlal Shah and starring John Abraham in the lead role as a tough police officer. The sequel, Force 2, directed by Abhinay Deo, was released on November 18, 2016, expanding the story into an international espionage narrative.
With Force 3 now underway, the makers aim to continue the high-octane action legacy of the series. The film is reportedly targeting a theatrical release in 2027, promising fans another adrenaline-packed chapter in the franchise.
