Raashul Tandon, known for his roles in Pink, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya, and Aladdin – Naam Toh Suna Hoga, recently addressed the growing online chatter around major industry conversations, including the ongoing buzz surrounding Don 3 and Ranveer Singh. While the actor did not dive into speculation, his remarks reflected a grounded and cautious approach to industry controversies.

Tandon made it clear that he prefers not to comment on topics where facts are unclear. “I’m not really big enough to answer this… but more importantly, I don't know the whole truth. Whatever we know is from online sources. It’s better to stay mum. For me at least. I simply don't know the facts, so what could I possibly say about it?” he said, emphasizing the importance of restraint in the age of social media speculation.

The actor also reflected on how conversations around celebrities are often shaped by perception rather than reality. According to him, the public image of film personalities is frequently exaggerated. “Our media has portrayed them as these intimidating figures. They aren't intimidating; they are actually lovely people. In fact, people would kill for a chance to work with them,” he shared, adding that his own experiences working within the industry have been far more grounded and human than outsiders assume.

Recalling his early experiences on set, Tandon spoke warmly about working with filmmakers like Karan Johar and the atmosphere behind the camera. “I first met Karan Sir when my Yash Raj show Seven was launching; his show—I think it was Lift Kara De—was launching around the same time. After that, I met him directly on the set. He was full of energy… there was no fuss—no ‘keep your distance’. Here, he was just a friend and a director.”

He also shared a humorous behind-the-scenes memory involving Shah Rukh Khan’s son, who was assisting on set. “He came up to me and said, ‘Sir, you do such great work.’ I mean, what kind of work was I doing? I was just sitting there delivering one line—which eventually got cut anyway!” he said, laughing, highlighting how even small moments on big sets stay memorable for actors.

For Tandon, the reality of working with major stars is far less intimidating than the public imagines. Instead, he describes it as collaborative, friendly, and often unexpectedly normal. In a film industry driven by perception and online narratives, his perspective offers a reminder that behind every headline are working professionals simply doing their jobs.
