Amazon MGM Studios has released a fresh 30-second spot for Masters of the Universe, the classic 80s franchise reborn as a live-action spectacle. The trailer teases Prince Adam’s journey as he reclaims his destiny as He-Man, promising fans a visually stunning and action-packed adaptation of the beloved Mattel toy and animated series.
Directed by Travis Knight (Kubo and the Two Strings, Bumblebee), the story follows ten-year-old Adam Glenn (Nicholas Galitzine), who crash-lands on Earth, separated from the legendary Power Sword of Grayskull. Two decades later, he returns to Eternia, only to find his home world shattered under the rule of the evil Skeletor (Jared Leto). To save his family and planet, Adam must embrace his true power and unite with allies Teela (Camila Mendes) and Duncan/Man-At-Arms (Idris Elba).
