Raaj Shaandilyaa, best known for helming the hit 2019 comedy Dream Girl, is no stranger to creating laughter on screen — and judging by the energy of the event, that same spirit infused his personal celebration as well. Known for his long-standing contribution to Indian comedy, Shaandilyaa has penned nearly 350 scripts for Krishna Abhishek and Sudesh Lehri, and around 200 sketches for Kapil Sharma, making him one of the most prolific behind-the-scenes forces in the entertainment industry.
His wife, interior designer Varshaa Kashyap, also made a stylish appearance at the party. The two, who have been together for nearly two decades, got married in December 2019 after dating for 13 years — a true power couple story that adds a romantic note to the evening’s joy.
