As the countdown begins for the much-awaited trailer drop on September 22nd at 12:45 PM, Hombale Films has officially announced a pan-India rollout, with Prabhas, Prithviraj Sukumaran, and Sivakarthikeyan set to launch the trailer in Telugu, Malayalam, and Tamil, respectively.
In true Hombale style, the studio made the reveal with lyrical, mythic flair. For the Telugu version, the announcement read: “When the roar of a Legend unites with the power of a Rebel Star…” as Rebel Star Prabhas takes charge of unveiling the trailer for the Telugu audience. Given Prabhas’ massive fanbase and action-hero legacy, the collaboration brings serious firepower to the already-hyped release.
For the Malayalam launch, it's the "maestro" himself. “From the land of lores, where stories breathe and legends walk…” begins the poetic post announcing Prithviraj Sukumaran as the face of the Malayalam trailer launch. Known for his sharp storytelling instincts and acting prowess, Prithviraj’s involvement underscores the film’s cultural and artistic depth—and hints at the spiritual tone Kantara Chapter 1 is known for.
In Tamil, “A tale of faith, fury, and fire…” finds a voice through the mighty Sivakarthikeyan, who’ll be launching the Tamil trailer.
