On February 14, 2026, the Isha Ambani hosted an inspiring roundtable titled “Celebration of Women Leadership in India” at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC), bringing together some of the most influential voices in business, fashion, and social advocacy.

The event featured a special guest of honor, Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah, highlighting the global dimension of women’s leadership and providing a unique platform for cross-cultural dialogue. The discussion centered on celebrating the achievements of women leaders in India while exploring strategies to reshape the landscape of Indian business, fashion, and social impact.

Notable attendees included Navya Naveli Nanda, Masaba Gupta, and Karisma Kapoor, creating a diverse mix of business acumen, creative vision, and cultural influence. Masaba Gupta and Navya Naveli Nanda shared insights from their respective industries, emphasizing innovation, resilience, and leadership.

Parallel initiatives were also highlighted during the celebration. Shloka Ambani led discussions under the ARRA initiative, moderating panels featuring prominent voices such as Zoya Akhtar and Harsh Jain, underscoring mentorship and systemic support for women leaders across sectors.

Isha Ambani has long been a champion of women’s empowerment. Her leadership extends through established channels like the WomenLeaders India Fellowship, a partnership between Reliance Foundation and Vital Voices, which annually mentors 50 exceptional women social sector leaders through a 10-month program.

In addition, she continues to advocate for women’s representation in STEM, noting that while 43% of STEM graduates in India are women, only 14% are part of the workforce. As head of Reliance Retail, Isha also spearheads the company’s Diversity and Inclusion programs, setting a benchmark for corporate leadership in India.

The Valentine’s Day event at NMACC was more than a celebration — it was a powerful statement on global collaboration, mentorship, and the continued rise of women leaders in India and beyond.
