Looks like things are getting hilariously messy — again! The original trio of Bollywood’s most mischievous husbands — Riteish Deshmukh, Vivek Oberoi, and Aftab Shivdasani — were recently spotted on the sets of Pati Patni Aur Panga, along with new cast additions Elnaaz Norouzi, Shreya Sharma, and Ruhi Singh. And yes, this all ties into the much-anticipated fourth installment of the Masti franchise: Mastiii 4.
Directed by Milap Milan Zaveri, who co-wrote the original Masti (2003), Mastiii 4 is bringing the laughs back — but this time with a bold twist. While the earlier films followed a trio of bored husbands sneaking around behind their wives’ backs, Mastiii 4 flips the script. Dubbed the “Reverse Masti,” this one’s about what happens when the wives start giving the boys a taste of their own medicine. The result? Chaos, comedy, and an all-out war of the sexes!
The film features a robust ensemble, including Arshad Warsi, Genelia D'Souza, and the glamorous additions of Elnaaz, Shreya, and Ruhi, who were all seen filming what sources say are “major confrontation scenes” in Pati Patni Aur Panga. If the teaser (which dropped in September) was any indication, the full movie is going to be a full-throttle laugh riot — with enough awkward moments, double entendres, and comedic twists to keep audiences howling.
Backed by a powerhouse production team including A Jhunjhunwala, Shikha Karan Ahluwalia, Indra Kumar, Ashok Thakeria, Ekta Kapoor, Shobha Kapoor, and Umesh Kr Bhansal, Mastiii 4 looks to bring back the franchise’s signature spice while updating it for a new generation that loves its comedy a little wilder and more self-aware.
Set to hit theatres on November 21, 2025, Mastiii 4 promises not just nostalgia, but a fresh (and slightly scandalous) take on modern marriages. If you're ready for secrets, seductions, and a whole lot of sass, mark your calendars — this Diwali hangover is about to get Mastiii.
