Jackson reprises his role as Russell Lee Washington Jr., the seasoned criminal first introduced in the third season of Tulsa King. Originally sent by the mob to eliminate Dwight Manfredi, played by Sylvester Stallone, Russell finds himself inspired by the criminal opportunities around him instead.
