The wait is over—Bigg Boss 19 has officially kicked off with a star-studded premiere, and the house is now buzzing with fresh energy, ambition, and drama. Hosted once again by Salman Khan, the grand premiere introduced a diverse mix of contestants—ranging from television stars and influencers to actors and creators—each vying for the coveted Bigg Boss trophy.
Among the new faces this season is content creator Nagma Mirajkar, who steps into the house with hope, excitement, and a clear vision of what this opportunity means for her career.
“I’m very excited because this is a completely new journey for me,” Nagma said before entering the house. “It’s a huge opportunity—one where I can win the hearts of people who’ve never seen my content before, especially the TV-watching audience. For me, it’s a big deal that my face and personality will now reach a completely new audience.”
Already a popular digital creator with millions of followers, Nagma views Bigg Boss 19 as a career-defining platform. “This will uplift my career. The whole nation watches Bigg Boss. People begin to know you on a different level. As a creator, that’s a big thing—my audience will grow, and I’ll have even more people to showcase my content and talent to. It’s helpful in every way.”
While she’s excited, she isn’t naive about the challenges the show brings. “It won’t be easy. So many different people under one roof, with no phones, and everyone there to win—it’s going to be tough. I’ve never done anything like this before. It’ll take time to understand what’s happening around me.”
Nagma is entering the house with an open mind and heart, especially when it comes to relationships. “Even I don’t know what’s going to happen next. But I’ll take time to observe people and then decide who I want to befriend and who I’ll keep a distance from. I really want to form genuine friendships. I’ve seen contestants build beautiful bonds on this show—friendships that last even after the show ends. I’d love to stand up for the people I care about.”
She also revealed her deep-rooted love for the show, which she has been watching since its inception. “I’ve been watching Bigg Boss since 2007—since season one. I remember watching the first episode with Rakhi Sawant and Rahul Roy while having dinner with my family. The concept was so unique, and I’ve always thought, ‘One day, I want to be there too.’ And now that it’s actually happening, my brain is struggling to process the reality.”
As for her game plan, she has a clear inspiration: “If I could, I’d want to play like Gauahar Khan—and win like her too.”
During the high-voltage premiere, Salman Khan introduced all the contestants with his trademark wit and charm, teasing each entry with fun banter. With a politics-themed setup this season, alliances, betrayals, and strategies are expected to heat up quickly.
