Karisma Kapoor vs Priya Kapur: The Millionaire Family Feud

Sunjay Kapur passed away in June 2025, leaving behind an estate worth nearly ₹30,000 crore. Soon after, a March 2025 will surfaced naming his wife Priya Sachdev Kapur as heir.

The shocking part was that his two children with Karisma Kapoor, Samaira and Kiaan, were completely excluded from the will, sparking a major inheritance battle.

Karisma’s children moved the Delhi High Court, alleging that the will was forged, unregistered, and suspicious. They demanded their rightful share in their father’s estate.

Priya Sachdev defended the will, claiming it was valid. She argued that Sunjay had already secured the children’s future by giving them assets worth ₹1,900 crore.

Karisma Kapoor clarified that she wanted nothing for herself. She said her fight was only for her children’s security and their rightful inheritance.

The Delhi High Court ordered Priya Kapur to disclose all assets owned by Sunjay at the time of his death. The next hearing is scheduled for October 2025.
