Mithun Chakraborty’s youngest son Namashi is all set to make his debut opposite Amrin Qureshi in Rajkumar Santoshi directorial “Bad Boy” and the film is produced by Sajid Qureshi.
Filmmaker Rajkumar Santoshi has quietly kicked off the shooting of the film. The film is scheduled to be shot in the next 65 days in Mumbai and Bangalore. After a non-stop schedule in Bangalore the will be shot in Mumbai for a few days. A few songs of the film will be shot abroad.
Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh dropped the deeds on the film. He wrote, “Rajkumar Santoshi introduces Mithun Chakraborty's son Namashi Chakraborty with Amrin Qureshi in #BadBoy...Produced by Inbox Pictures”
The filmmaker's most recent movie was the 2013 action comedy Phata Poster Nikhla Hero. The film featured Shahid Kapoor and Ileana D'Cruz, and was loosely based on Guru, starring Mithun, Sridevi and Shakti Kapoor.
Rajkumar Santoshi is known for his hard hitting action debut Ghayal to the iconic cult comedy Andaz Apna Apna, he has time and again proved to be one of the most multi talented directors in Bollywood.
He has also established his expertise at rom-coms with fresh stories such as Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani, adding to his repertoire of blockbusters.
The makers are planning for a Diwali release for the film. Akshay Kumar's Housefull 4 and Saand Ki Aankh too have booked the same date.
