Covid-19 brought the whole world to a standstill last year. While, the government has already started rolling out vaccination for the same still the danger of catching the deadly virus has not finished yet. The state of Maharashtra is on a rise again with Corona positive cases and now the latest news has come that Ranbir Kapoor has also tested positive for Corona.
RK's team has still not released an official statement for the same. However, according to reports, his uncle Randhir Kapoor has confirmed the same. The actor is currently under quarantine and is resting it out.
The vaccination drive in the country is in its second phase and many bollywood celebrities have already got the first shot of the Vaccine. Saif Ali Khan, Rakesh Roshan, Johnny Lever, Hema Malini, Kamal Hassan, Satish Shah form a part of this list.
On the work front, Ranbir has a list of releases. He will be seen in 'Shamshera' which is an action adventure film directed by Karan Malhotra and produced by Yash Raj Films. The film stars Sanjay Dutt and Vaani Kapoor in lead roles alongside him. Set in the 1800's, the film is about a dacoit tribe who took charge in fight for their rights and independence against the British. Ranbir will be seen in a double role in the film. The film will release on June 25.
He will also be seen in 'Brahmastra: Part One of Three, which is an action fantasy film directed by Ayan Mukherji and produced by Karan Johar. The film stars Amitabh Bachchan, Alia Bhatt in lead roles alongside Ranbir. It also features Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna in pivotal roles.
He will also be seen in Sandeep Reddy Vanga's 'Animal' which also features Parineeti Chopra, Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol.
